For many sellers, the month started with last-minute Raya preparations, moved quickly into peak selling days, and then shifted just as fast into post-campaign wrap-up. At the same time, it also marks the end of Q1, a natural point to step back, review what’s working, and adjust before heading into the next phase of the year.
It’s a moment where operations, pricing, marketing, and inventory decisions all come into focus.
Over the past few weeks, we worked on improving the parts of BigSeller that support those decisions, making it easier to manage ads, handle live orders, and keep pricing and inventory structured as your business scales.
Here are a few highlights from March 2026.

Better Control with Ads Tag Management
We introduced Ads Tag Management to make it easier to organise and manage advertisements across Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.
As ad campaigns grow, it becomes harder to keep track of what’s performing, what needs adjustment, and how different campaigns are structured. With tagging, sellers can now group ads based on their own logic, whether it’s campaign type, product category, or performance stage.
Tags can be applied individually or in bulk, and can also be used when filtering ads during budget planning. It’s a small change, but it makes daily ad management more structured and easier to navigate, especially for sellers running multiple campaigns at once.

Processing Facebook Live Orders, Without the Manual Work
Live selling continues to grow, but order processing has often lagged behind.
In March 2026, BigSeller introduced support for Facebook Live order processing, allowing sellers to automatically capture and process orders directly from live sessions. This removes the need to rely on comment keyword matching or manually maintaining rules during streams.
The result is a smoother workflow during live selling with fewer missed orders, less manual tracking, and a more reliable way to handle high engagement in real time.

Inventory That Fits Custom and Print-on-Demand Products
For sellers working with customised products or Print-on-Demand (POD), inventory management can get complicated quickly.
To support this, we launched Finished Good Mapping, a feature designed to better handle products that are built from multiple components. Sellers can now manage base materials, pattern variations, and final finished goods in a more structured way, keeping inventory aligned even when products are assembled dynamically.
This helps reduce confusion in stock tracking and makes it easier to manage more complex product setups as the business grows.

Shopee Pricing Templates for Smarter Profit Control
Pricing is one of the areas sellers revisit the most, especially during campaign periods.
In March 2026, we also introduced Shopee Pricing Templates, allowing sellers to standardise how prices are calculated based on cost, commission, shipping fees, and other variables. Instead of relying on manual calculations or external spreadsheets, sellers can now define their own pricing logic directly within BigSeller.
Once set up, these templates can be applied across product workflows, helping ensure consistency while saving time. The built-in price calculator also makes it easier to test different scenarios, whether you’re working backwards from a target selling price or checking your margins before launching a promotion.

If You Missed Our March Webinars
March was also a month of deeper conversations around profitability and scaling.
In Stop Burning. Start Controlling — The New Profit Framework for Shopee Ads, we focused on how sellers can move beyond simply spending on ads, and start building a clearer structure around ROI, budget control, and long-term sustainability.
We followed with Scaling Brands Across Southeast Asia: Payments, Warehousing & Marketing, where the discussion shifted to growth beyond a single market, looking at how sellers can expand across the region while keeping operations, logistics, and marketing aligned.

Closing Q1, Looking Ahead
With March 2026 wrapping up, Q1 comes to a close as well.
The first three months of the year set the tone, from CNY demand to Raya campaigns, and everything in between. It’s also where patterns start to appear: which products are gaining traction, where costs are increasing, and which parts of the workflow are slowing things down.
The updates this month were built with that in mind. Not just to support one campaign, but to help sellers move into the next quarter with better structure, in ads, pricing, inventory, and order management.
If you’re reviewing your operations for Q1 and planning your next move, this is a good time to explore how BigSeller fits into your workflow. You can try BigSeller for free and get access to a 7-day VIP Trial Coupon to test advanced features before making any decisions.
